The wait is finally over — Southport Oktoberfest is here! After months of anticipation, the town is buzzing with excitement as one of the biggest and most vibrant celebrations of the year kicks off. From steins of Bavarian beer to live oompah bands, bratwursts, and plenty of dancing, Southport is set to transform into a little slice of Munich this weekend.

Night one of Southport Oktoberfest gets underway tonight! The tents are up, the kegs are tapped, and the atmosphere is set for an unforgettable evening of music, laughter, and celebration. If you haven’t grabbed your tickets yet, don’t worry — tickets are still available, and we’ll also be taking payment on the door, so everyone can join in the fun. Get ready for a night packed with traditional Bavarian beats, delicious food, and plenty of beer to go around!

With the event about to kick off, here are the answers to some of your most asked questions:

I have a disability and would like to attend with my carer, can you advise?

If you require a carer’s pass, please book your own ticket as normal and then contact our team on the contact form, we will arrange to see proof of your carer status or disability benefit (such as a PIP or DLA letter).

Once verified, we’ll issue a free carer’s ticket linked to your booking.

How do I access Southport Oktoberfest?

Entrance to Victoria Park is via the Esplande Road entrance, the same as Southport Comedy Fest

Can I bring my dog?

We absolutely love dogs at Southport Oktoberfest, but sadly they can't come to the events. We don't have beer for doggies anyway.

Can my teenager come?

If they are over 18, then yes! But we are an 18+ only event. This is a legal requirement

What time should i arrive?

Your sessions will be jam packed with entertainment for the duration, we have a fantastic host, games, music and of course the wonderful The Amazing Bavarian Stompers
